Potential customers are out there, searching for the very services your business offers. The goal of the Prospect Genius program is to get those customers converted from searching for your services to buying them FROM YOU. To accomplish this goal, we use a few key tools that set us apart from the rest:
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
We use SEO to drive customers to you rather than paying for the same traffic with a Pay Per Click (PPC) style program. This saves us a LOT of money, which in turn, saves you a LOT of money. We believe that if you can get the traffic for free through SEO, you'd be crazy to spend $4, $5, or $6+ per click. You could even spend over $25 per click for certain categories in a PPC campaign!
You might think that we're anti-PPC, but we're actually just the opposite. In fact, we offer PPC campaign management services to our customers. The key is that you simply must do the SEO work FIRST, then look at PPC. This is for many reasons but it all comes down to cost. If you set up a PPC campaign and don't optimize the site you're sending that traffic to, you'll spend a LOT more for each of those clicks than if you did the SEO first. We've had customers save 30% off their existing PPC campaigns just by sending the traffic to their microsite instead of their own website!

2. Microsite
The first and most noticeable tool is the microsite. This is a concise, efficient Web site that displays all the important information about your business. We construct these sites with the goal of motivating the visitor to take action by contacting you. Other advertising services give you just a single page of information, hardly more than a profile, but the Prospect Genius microsite is much more than a one-page summary. It can include upward of 9 pages full of information and pictures, sharing vital information about your company and treating your visitors to a much better experience. As we like to say, happy visitors turn into happy customers for you!
3. Metered Number
Our second unique tool is a metered phone number. This is a special number that connects directly to your business but allows the Prospect Genius team to get an accurate count of the calls we send your way. The metered number takes all the guesswork out of determining the value of the program, because you'll know exactly how many visitors, e-mails, and calls we generate. And, because the metered number can be a local or an 800 number, it can give your business a boost of professionalism if you don't already have a toll-free number.
4. Reporting
The third tool is our reporting package. You'll have unlimited access (24/7) to a reporting console that allows you to see exactly what's going on with your microsite. You'll be able to view how many visitors you've received and how they got to your site, but you'll also have access other important information. If people regularly look at one of your services and frequently also look at another, you'll be able to learn about your customers' behavior. This can translate into more business off-line because you can promote your services more effectively.
