We have always done our own website and site maintenance in house, but with the ever changing way of doing business we were looking for something more economical and more effective. When I heard about your tracking system that sends me emails for missed calls that comes with the package, it made my decision one of the easier business decisions to make.
Just the other day I received a email for a missed call. Let me explain as I mentioned before doing business now is quite different than before, I find myself doing a lot more tasks than before. I received the email as I was in the field and called the customer back right away. We sent a technician out to a home that was less than 5 miles form the shop. Our tech sold $ 847.35 and we now have another customer to add to our database. Ordinarily we would have lost it if not for your services.
Let’s not forget Lori who is always there when we need her and is always helpful and patient with me. We have had experience with companies that think everyone should be an expert with computers and websites and have little or no patience for companies like ours. Hello, they just don’t get that if I knew all of this I would not be inquiring. It is the same in our business.
