How We Do It
The goal of our program is to get customers from searching for your services, to buying them. To accomplish this we use a few key tools that set us apart from the rest.
The first and most noticeable tool is the microsite. This is a small, efficient
website that displays only the most important information about your business. It is
constructed with the goal of causing the visitor to take action by contacting you.
Other services like ours give you only a single page of information in your profile,
but our microsite is much more than a one-page summary. It can have upwards of 9
pages full of information and pictures so your visitors are treated to a
much better experience. As we like to say, happy visitors turn into happy customers
for you!
The second tool we use is a metered number. This is a special phone number that rings directly to you but allows us to get an accurate count of all the calls that we send your way. This takes all the guesswork out of determining the value of the program, because you'll know exactly how many visitors, e-mails, and calls we send. Because the metered number is typically an 800 number, it can also give your business a boost of professionalism if you don't already have one.
The third tool is our reporting package. You'll be given 24/7 access to a reporting console
so that you can see exactly what's going on with your microsite. You'll see how many
visitors you've received and where they came from, but you'll also learn some even
more important information. If people regularly visit one of your services, but then
frequently also look at another, you'll be able to learn about your customers' behaviors.
This can translate into more business offline because you'll be able to promote
your services more effectively.
